Two public meetings will be held for members of the public to learn about the City’s proposed Charter amendment on the ballot for the November 2, 2021, Municipal Election. This proposed Charter amendment amends the City’s expenditure limitation to provide for additional exceptions from the calculation and clarification about implementation. The meetings will include a presentation and question and answer session.

The dates of the public meetings are as follows:

Wednesday, Sept. 29th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Bath City Hall Auditorium (55 Front Street)

Wednesday, Oct. 13th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Bath City Hall Auditorium (55 Front Street)
