Szanton Company Housing Development Presentation

The Szanton Company is proposing a housing development to add 50 apartments in downtown Bath, utilizing the former Bath Area Family YMCA property (26 Summer Street) and Moses (24 Summer Street) and Columbia (168-194 Front Street). The Szanton Company gave a presentation to City Council June 3 regarding an Affordable Housing Tax Increment Finance Application for the project. There will be a Public Hearing on the AH TIF application at City Council’s July 1 meeting.
