Nov. Election Absentee Voting and Sample Ballots

The City of Bath Municipal Election will take place on Tuesday, November 2, 2021.

Absentee Voting 

You can now request an absentee ballot for the 2021 November Elections. You can do so online (CLICK HERE), submit a request by mail, or call the City Clerk's Office at 207-443-8332. The last day to request an absentee ballot is Thursday, October 28, at 5:00 p.m.

You can return the absentee ballots by mail, drop off in the Ballot Drop Box outside City Hall (available 24 hours a day), or drop off to the City Clerk’s Office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - noon, 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.) Absentee ballots can be submitted up to 8:00 p.m. on election day. If you are submitting your absentee ballot on election day, you must either drop your ballot off at the polls or in the Ballot Drop Box outside City Hall.
