As of Monday, May 24, the State, under guidance from the CDC, is lifting the face covering mandate in public places. In accordance with these new guidelines, visitors to City of Bath facilities will not be required to wear face coverings. It is recommended that those who are not fully vaccinated wear a face covering.

Face coverings and physically distancing will still be required for drivers and passengers on the City’s public transportation (City Bus, the Trolley), per CDC guidelines.
