A Bond Ordinance authorizing up to $1,227,150 of the City’s General Obligation Bonds was given first passage by the Bath City Council on May 20, 2020.  The following is a summary of the Bond Ordinance:  

To authorized issuance of up to $1,227,150 of the City’s bonds to finance miscellaneous municipal improvements and the purchase of various City vehicles and equipment.

The City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed Ordinance as follows:

(1 MRSA § 403-A permits public proceedings through remote access during the declaration of state of emergency due to COVID-19)

The public may not attend the public hearing but may participate as follows:
