Indoor inspections are being done on a case by case basis.  We may require that you send us photos or video of the work in occupied buildings.  Permit applications can be mailed, emailed, or dropped off in the drop box at the side door of City Hall.  Permit payments can be made be mailing or dropping off a check, or on online through the “Municipay” option on our webpage. There is a small service charge for using your credit card.  In the “reference number” line, type the address of the property and the type of permit you are applying for.  If you don’t know what the permit fee will be, we’ll let you know once we see your application.   Call 207-443-8334 or email for service.
