Expenditure Limitation Charter Amendment

The City of Bath has proposed an Expenditure Limitation Charter amendment which will be on the ballot for the November 2, 2021, Municipal Election. This proposed Charter amendment amends the City’s expenditure limitation to provide for additional exceptions from the calculation and clarification about implementation.
