The City of Bath is a member of the Maine Municipal Association, an association composed of Maine municipalities and municipal officials that work cooperatively to to enhance their knowledge and skills, exchange information, and combine resources to influence policy decisions affecting municipalities.  The State and Federal Relations Department of the Maine Municipal Association advocates on behalf of the interests of municpal government before the State Legislature, State Agencies, and the Federal Government.   

The annual membership dues paid to the Maine Municipal Association is $12,000.
