Division of Solid Waste & Recycling

The Division of Solid Waste & Recycling is responsible for managing:

  • The operation & maintenance of the Bath Landfill
  • The curbside collection of residential trash and recycling

On these pages you will find information related to:

  • Accessing the landfill including what wastes are accepted, the tip fees, permits, and the future of the facility
  • Curbside collection schedules, what is collected and how you have to prepare it

The mission of the Bath Division of Solid Waste & Recycling is to serve residents and businesses of the City by creating the highest quality solid waste and recycling solutions by managing the City’s collection, landfill, and transfer operations using economical, environmentally sound, and customer friendly methods.
