Welcome to Bath Police Department's Sex Offender Website. The Website is maintained by the Bath Police Department and is intended to provide the public information concerning the location of registered offenders currently residing or working in Bath.

The Website does not contain information on all individuals that have been convicted of a sex crime. Information is only provided for those individuals that are required to register pursuant to Title 34-A MRSA, Chapter 15. Bath Police Department's Sex Offender Website is limited to those individuals sentenced for a requisite offense on or after January 1, 1982 and currently reside and/or work in Bath.

The registration information contained on this web site will be updated on a weekly basis to reflect the most current information on file with the State Bureau of Identification. The date of the last update is displayed on this page. Registrants are required to verify their address on a periodic basis and upon a change of address. However, registrants may move and fail to notify the Bath Police Department and State Bureau of Identification of their change of address. Therefore the Bath Police Department and the State Bureau of Identification can not guarantee the accuracy of the listed address.
