    The second phase of the North Street Reconstruction Project is scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 4, 2018, and last approximately three weeks. This phase is focused on reconstructing the roadway surface and sidewalk from High Street to Washington Street. The road will be closed to all through traffic for portions of the project.
