The State Referendum/Municipal Ward Candidates, Charter Amendment/RSU #1, School Board of Directors Election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. All voting will take place at the Bath Middle School, 6 Old Brunswick Road. Polls open at 8:00 a.m. and will close at 8:00 p.m. Questions may be directed to the City Clerk's Office at: 207-443-8332

Hours of Voter Registration

The Registrar of Voters, for the City of Bath, is open from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Registrar will process change of addresses, change of name and changes in political parties. The office of Registrar of Voters is located in the City Clerk’s Office on the first floor of City Hall, 55 Front Street.  Questions can be directed to 207-443-8332.

Absentee Ballots

A reminder to the voters of the City of Bath - if you are unable to go to the polls on Election Day, please remember to request an absentee ballot through the City Clerk’s Office.  Voters will receive the State Referendum/Municipal Ward Candidates, Charter Amendment/RSU #1, School Board of Directors’ ballots for the Election to be held Tuesday, November 5, 2019.  Absentee ballots will be available from Monday, October 7, 2019 through Thursday, October 31, 2019 until 4:30 p.m.  After that date, absentee ballots are only available under special circumstances.  The City Clerk’s Office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Please contact the City Clerk’s office at 207-443-8332 for more information.

Absentee Voting and New Voter Registration

The City Clerk’s Office will be offering evening hours for residents of Bath to conduct absentee voting and allow new residents of Bath to register to vote.  The office will be open from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.  The City Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor of City Hall at 55 Front Street.  Questions may be directed to the City Clerk’s Office at 207-443-8332.
