Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

Spring 2017 Household Hazardous Waste Collection is scheduled for Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 9 AM – 1 PM at Bath Public Works Garage (450 Oak Grove Avenue). This event is free, but participants must register in advance.

The event is open to residents of Bath, Alna, Arrowsic, Dresden, Georgetown, Harpswell, West Bath, Wiscasset, Westport Island and Woolwich. Proof of Residency is required

No Commercial, Industrial or Business customers.

Pre-registration begins April 24 and is required. We do this so we have an opportunity to discuss what you have to dispose of.  We keep track of the quantity so we can stay within our budget. And we will inform you if what you have is not considered hazardous or if it something you can bring to the landfill every day.  Please help us keep costs down by not bringing non-hazardous materials.

Please call the Landfill (443-8356) or Public Works (443-8357) for information.

To register, call 1-888-958-2255.
