The following media outlets will be provided with up to date local emergency information including road closures and shelter availability. Be sure to have a hand-cranked or battery operated radio or television and plenty of extra batteries so that you still have access to information even when your electricity goes out.

Emergency Shelters
The following locations are used as shelters in the event of an extended emergency (extended down period for power, water, sewerage, etc… for a large area of Bath). These locations are ONLY open as shelters when deemed necessary by local emergency management authorities. It is important to remember that these facilities are NOT open when the storm hits.You can call the Bath Fire Department at 443-5034 if you need transportation to an emergency shelter. Be sure the shelter is open before travelling to the site; the openings will be communicated on the above TV and radio stations.
