Public Schools:
 
Regional School Unit #1
Our new Regional School Unit merged the Bath Public Schools with towns from School Union 47. RSU #1 now covers all students in Bath, West Bath, Phippsburg, Woolwich, and Arrowsic. http://www.rsu1.org
 
Private Schools:
 
The Children's Schoolhouse
The Children's Schoolhouse, located at 223 North Street, is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) school with both a pre-school program and a grade school for kindergarten through 6th grade. The school also offers 1-2 week summer programs with a variety of themes.

Hyde School
Hyde School is a private college preparatory school and is nationally recognized leader in character education, providing a college prep curriculm for grades 9 through 12. The campus includes the majestic Hyde Mansion, which was the former home of John S. Hyde (son of the Bath Iron Works founder), designed and built in 1913 by well-known architect John Calvin Stevens. Adult Education:

University College
Located at the new Midcoast Center for Higher Education, University College offers access to Associates, Bachelors and Masters degree programs and courses. Midcoast Senior College
 The program is designed to provide intellectually stimulating learning opportunities and special activities for persons 55 years of age and older.
