What is BCTV Channel 14?

The Community Television Network is a Public, Education, and Government (P.E.G.) nonprofit organization that was founded in 2000 as a station designed to offer low-cost production rates and access to airtime for community organizations operating in the Greater Bath Area. Our membership includes some of the largest nonprofit organizations in Mid Coast Maine. Our membership is open to anyone committed to the concept of community television.

Our Programming:

Channel 14's program topics are even more diverse than many major networks. Subjects include: local public affairs, arts & music, health information, environmental and conservation topics, sports, history, comedy, education, senior citizen topics and youth focused issues. Programming changes weekly. We can also make other special scheduling arrangements. A studio is available for all. Anyone who has a message, or program in mind that would be entertaining or informative to the community can set up a schedule and have it broadcasted. Our hours are 3-6pm Mon thru Thursday for more convenient access to our community.

Our Viewers:

Channel 14's coverage area is over 10,000 households. Some of the communities that have access to our programs are : Bath, Woolwich, Brunswick, West Bath, Popham, Sebasco Estates, Small Point, Georgetown, North Bath, and Days Ferry.
